Charles DeFuccio, Esq.
Charles DeFuccio, Esq., is a founding partner of Rose & DeFuccio, Esqs. He is widely respected among his peers as one of the most knowledgeable and effective matrimonial attorneys in Northern New Jersey, where he has practiced for his entire career. Down-to-earth and attentive, DeFuccio is also known for his patience and responsiveness. Perhaps more significantly, DeFuccio throughout his career has been at the forefront of some groundbreaking decisions in New Jersey divorce law.
He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association, and he is active in the Passaic, Hudson, Essex and Morris County bar associations. He is a fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has served as chair and co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Bergen County Bar Association. He has lectured extensively on matrimonial law issues, before such organizations as the Institute for Continuing Education and the Bergen County bar.
Sharon Clancy
Sharon Clancy has been admitted to the New Jersey Bar since 1978 and
has practiced exclusively at Rose & DeFuccio, Esqs., since the
conclusion of judicial clerkship for a highly regarded Family Court
Judge in 1980. She also is a Court approved mediator, since 2001. She
is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County
Bar Association, and has been a member of the American Bar
Association. She lectures on Family Law topics for the Bergen
Community College Adult Education Program. She has lectured in Bergen
County for the Family Law Section and volunteered in a public service
project for Family Law Section to accumulate and disseminate
information regarding services and resources for Bergen County
residents. She has also assisted in research and drafting of topics
investigated by Family Law subcommittees and for publications. She has
served as guardian ad litem for children and adults, pursuant to
appointments by several Judges in Bergen County. She was appointed to
serve a four-year term on the Bergen County Ethics Committee, having
been appointed to the Committee in 2001. She has served as a volunteer
Settlement Panel panelist since 1985.

Larry Esposito
Larry Esposito was licensed to practice law in 1985. His practice has
been dedicated to family law since joining the firm in 1986. He is a
member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County
Bar Association. Since 1999 He is a certified matrimonial attorney, a
designation by the Supreme Court of The State of New Jersey. A trained
mediator, he is one of the founding members of the North Jersey
Collaborative Law Group and a member of the International Academy of
Collaborative Law Professionals. He is a Group Leader and Master of
the Northern New Jersey Family Law Inns of Court, and the panel chair
on the Bergen County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel.
DeAnne C. DeFuccio
Ms. DeFuccio was awarded a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. She served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Edward V. Torack, J.S.C., in the Bergen County Family Part upon receiving her law degree.
She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, the Bergen County Family Law Committee, and the Women Lawyers in Bergen County. She is also a Barrister in the New Jersey Family Part Inns of Court. Ms. DeFuccio has published articles in the New Jersey Lawyer and the Women Lawyers in Bergen County publication. She devotes her practice to Family Law including QDRO related issues.
